Bryan Lee
Dancer

Bryan Lee, a Louisiana native, embarked on his dance journey at age nine with Legacy Dance Studio, formerly known as Christian Dance Center, where his foundation in dance was firmly established. He continued to cultivate his passion for dance at Northwestern State University as a member of the Modern Dance Company, where he explored innovative concepts of movement, including performing in non-traditional spaces like the Louisiana Museum of Hall of Fame. During his time at Louisiana State University (LSU), Bryan joined the LSU Dance Ensemble, where he was not only a lead dancer but also served as a dance ambassador and one of the few student choreographers within the program.

Bryan’s dedication to his craft led him to perform with the Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre. There, he brought to life notable roles, including the "Mouse King'"in their rendition of The Nutcracker. Over 15 years, Bryan has gained diverse dance experience, performing in settings ranging from musicals and competitions to church and large-scale events, where he has had the opportunity to share his passion with thousands of viewers.  Versed in multiple styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, modern, and acro, Bryan has also dedicated nearly a decade to teaching dance. As an instructor, he has encouraged dancers of all ages to express themselves through movement and create art with their bodies.

In addition to his extensive dance background, Bryan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from LSU, with a concentration in American Government and Public Policy and a minor in Dance. He furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU, with a concentration in Marketing. He also received his second Master's Degree in Public Administration (EMPA) from Southern University. Alongside his academic and artistic pursuits, Bryan has proudly served in the military for 10 years, exemplifying discipline, leadership, and commitment in both his civilian and military careers.

Most recently, Bryan joined 6 o’Clock Dance Theatre as a Company Member in August 2024. He also dances with Bishop Art Ballet where he’s done multiple notable roles including the "Snow King" in the Arlington Ballet's rendition of The Nutcracker, and "Jack" from The Nightmare Before Christmas.
